Easy Steps for Returns

  • (if purchased from Case IH or New Holland)

    • Provide proof of purchase to CNH dealer where you purchased the unit.
    • The dealer will file a return claim with Case IH or New Holland.
    • You or your dealer must ship the unit back to LDAG. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Be sure to include all original hardware and pieces.
    • When LDAG has received the unit and confirmed that all pieces are included, we will authorize the return reimbursement.
    • Your dealer will refund your money.

    Option 'A'

    Return the item(s) to the BaleSkiis Baler Liner dealer where it was purchased:

    • Bring the item(s) with a copy of your receipt.
    • Your dealer will handle the returns process.

    Option 'B'

    Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice

    • Please include a copy of your receipt along with your return.
    • Return in original packaging or similar.
    • Ship the item(s) to:

    • Send using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.

    For large shipments or for any other questions:

    • Please call LDAG Machinery 866-889-3846 between the hours of 8 AM-5:00PM MST, Monday through Friday.
